Responsibilities:
Perform and/or manage Bridge, Highway, or Traffic engineering design for CT projects
Prepare or review written documents, summarize information collected by others, and assemble reports
Prepare or review calculations, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports
Manage coordination with clients
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study
15+ years of progressive Bridge, Highway, or Traffic engineering experience
Connecticut P.E. license
CTDOT traffic and transportation engineering design experience
Desirable:
MS in Transportation Engineering
Proficiency with MUTCD and AASHTO
Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
Demonstrated ability to lead a team of engineers and designers
