General Manager
Owensboro Municipal Utilities is seeking experienced, motivated candidates to fill  the following Full time, Exempt position: General Manager The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the utility within the guidelines and governance established by the City Utility Commission.  The General Manager reports directly to the City Utility Commission.  The operation, management and control of the utility is vested in the Utility Commission, which was established by ordinance of the City.  The Utility Commission is composed of five citizens who are residents of the County and are appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Commission on a non?partisan basis to serve staggered terms of three years each.  The Utility
