Customer Service Director (Manager III)
The Portland Water Bureau is seeking a Customer Services Group Director to join its Executive Leadership Team and lead its Customer Services and Utility Billing functions. The Customer Service Group Director is an executive leadership position that reports to the Water Bureau Director and is responsible for managing and leading the 111-employee Customer Services Work Group. This position serves as a key member of the bureau’s executive leadership team collaborating on bureau-wide policy and strategic planning, work culture, and priority setting. The Customer Services Work Group is responsible for implementing equitable and people-centered quality services addressing the diverse needs and preferences of water, sewer, and stormwater users in Portland.
