Ready to turn your engineering expertise into lasting community impact? The City of Santa Fe is seeking a technically skilled and service-minded professional to join its Complete Streets Division as the next Engineer Supervisor.
This role oversees a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects—from traffic operations and drainage systems to capital improvements and GIS-driven design. The Engineer Supervisor plays a key role in enhancing mobility, safety, and sustainability while collaborating across departments and engaging with the community.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in civil, traffic, or drainage engineering, experience with GIS and data-informed planning, and the confidence to mentor staff and manage complex projects.
