Manager of Member Services
Essential Functions:  The Manager of Member Services will be responsible for the general oversight and management of the Member Services Department. Responsibilities include personnel management, budgeting, planning, overseeing relationships with OMPA’s member cities, presentations, and other similar duties. This position also manages a suite of programs and services offered to members and recommends consideration of new programs.  The Manager is responsible for the implementation of new programs.  This department is intended to be a proactive tool that keeps cities pleased with OMPA, thereby preventing disputes with members or, even worse, legal disputes. Member surveys reflect satisfaction with OMPA programs and services. This position will be responsibl
