NORTHEAST PUBLIC POWER ASSOCIATION POSITION DESCRIPTION   Position Title: Director of Safety and Training (Full Time) Reports To:     Executive Director   GENERAL SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Director of Safety and Training is responsible for managing, developing, and conducting training for utility operations employees including all certificate, technical and safety programs published by NEPPA. This position may occasionally assist with special programs or facility related functionality such as conferences, meetings, and other programs as designated by the Executive Director.   ESSENTIAL JOB F
