The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. 1 position is available on this team. Job Duties: Develop solutions cross cloud. Serve as a Trusted Advisor, creating strategic roadmaps and design enterprise architecture blueprints. Design technical solutions and work directly with the client to meet their business requirements in accordance with industry best practices. Lead and mentor the software development team on projects. Enforce development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions. Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices. Create application and technical design documents which effectively integrate Salesforce into the customer’s infrastructure. Conduct evaluations of business and technical requirements. Provide final resolutions for debugging, troubleshooting, and client implementation issues with the Customer Success Group. Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. May be assigned to various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or three (3) years of experience in the job offered or Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered. Training will not be provided to applicants. Special Skill Requirements: (1) Rest API Integration; (2) Apex; (3) Visualforce; (4) Javascript; (5) AppExchange; (6) Apex Dataloader; (7) Workbench; (8) Gitlab; (9) Jenkins.
