Serve as a Trusted Advisor, creating strategic roadmaps and design enterprise architecture blueprints. Design technical solutions and work directly with the client to meet their business requirements in accordance with industry best practices. Lead and mentor the software development team on projects. Enforce development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions. Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices. Create application and technical design documents which effectively integrate Salesforce into the customer’s infrastructure. Conduct evaluations of business and technical requirements. Provide final resolutions for debugging, troubleshooting, and client implementation issues with the Customer Success Group. Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts to keep programs on track. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
