JOB SUMMARY: This position manages and provides direction to Engineering & Project Management (EPM) technical and non-technical support functions and staff including, but not limited to planning, scheduling, contracting, financial and performance reporting, project controls and administrative processes, drafting, GIS, surveying, quality assurance and quality control functions. Owns the EPM project management discipline and is responsible for the training and documentation associated with the District's ongoing projects.
