Position Summary:  Performs complex detailed design of overhead and/or underground electric distribution systems. This work includes customer interface, preparation of field notes, drawings, specifications, estimates, distribution analysis and the associated project management during construction.   Essential Job Functions: ·         Primary point of service customers and GRICUA system improvement projects including sub-transmission projects. ·         Independently design and prepare construction drawings related to overhead and/or underground facilities, associated electric distribution and sub-transmission systems, applying prescribed standards, specifications, procedures
