Under the direction of the Section Manager, Design and Construction, the Capital Construction Project Manager manages the architectural and engineering professional service contracts and construction contracts. Most work is performed in an office environment but must have the ability to climb ladders and maneuver on a construction site. Additional Duties: Write task order project scopes for solicitation of architectural and engineering professional services. Review and negotiate professional services fee proposals. Manage project documentation and contractual responsibilities during pre-design, design, construction and warranty periods.
