Otak is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to become a part of the Transportation & Infrastructure team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring your creativity to work every day as you participate in the civil engineering assessment and design of new and on-going projects throughout the Oregon/SW Washington region. We have a growing civil engineering practice and your experience will help us meet our goals as we work to incorporate innovative design into public infrastructure and land development projects for our public sector partners.
Because Otak is an integrated multi-disciplinary design firm, you will have the opportunity to partner with our architects, landscape architects, urban designers, planners, surveyors and support staff, who all share a desire to blend an innovative approach to creating mindful designs. As a part of the team, you will have the opportunity to use your engineering judgement to progress design concepts into construction drawings and technical specifications.
Required qualifications include:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Civil Engineer preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineering license in OR and/or WA, in good standing is required.
Demonstrated experience in civil engineering assessment and design.
Ability to work collaboratively within a creative and professional team environment.
