The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is looking for an executive to serve as the Senior Data Scientist and Advisor for Railroad Data Analysis Systems (ST) for the Office of Railroad Safety. The incumbent will advise FRA leadership on all matters related to advanced analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to apply broad, detailed, and exceptionally current knowledge pertaining to advanced data analytics, data science, and modeling to assist FRA develop state of the art safety data analysis tools using emerging software and technology.
